The website title is 'shopped or not' not 'real or not'. If you want me to get technical on this then the glass and wine shaders have no texturing at all and hence no Photoshop related elements. It is possible there is some kind of light probe on the reflection map there but it looks more like it is just raytraced from the scene. Hence: no Photoshop involved. Since the render is not perfect I would not even say it has been cleaned up in post-production. Once again: a 3D model does not count as being Photoshopped.
